How to Use Them:

1. Start your shower and give it a few minutes to get nice and steamy. The steam helps release the essential oils and create the aromatherapeutic effect that makes the fizzers so special.
2. Add one puck to the shower floor where small drops of water can splash it and activate the essential oils. Don’t let it get soaked or sit directly in the flow of water.
3. Breathe in the aromatherapy goodness and breathe out your stress and tension.

Depending on length of shower and amount of contact with direct water, 1 steamer may last 2-3 showers.
